At Mohawk Valley NFL Flag League, our passion for flag started with a vision. We wanted to create a league that would allow us to share our love for flag football with others. We started small, in 2017, but have continuously grown over the years. Over time, we grew and expanded our outreach to provide our players and families with everything they need to to have FUN! 

At Mohawk Valley NFL Flag League, we believe that sports have the power to change lives. We are committed to providing high-quality and affordable life lessons on and off the field to athletes of all levels, so they can perform at their best. We believe in hard work, dedication, and a never-give-up attitude, and we strive to embody these values in everything we do.
