My passion for youth sports stems from a profound appreciation for the remarkable growth and development that young athletes experience. Witnessing their dedication, teamwork, and resilience fills me with joy as I see them not only improve their skills but also gain confidence and valuable life lessons. Each game and practice becomes a pivotal moment in their journey, and I am inspired by their perseverance and the friendships they build along the way. Supporting youth sports allows me to be a part of their transformation, helping them thrive both on and off the field.

As a resident of Frankfort, I have a deep will to the growth and development of young athletes in our community. With four years of experience as a Pop Warner coach and five years as an NFL Flag coach, I have had the privilege of guiding young players as they develop their skills and passion for football. My role extends beyond the field, as I also coach for the Special Olympics, ensuring that every child, regardless of their abilities, has the opportunity to learn and thrive. My guiding mantra is simple: "It's all about the kids." I love helping and teaching young kids about football and watching them grow into young adults, both on and off the field. As CO-President of the Mohawk Valley Flag Football League, I am excited about continuing this mission and creating an inclusive environment where all players can succeed.

As the Vice President of the Mohawk Valley Flag Football League and Vice President for the CVA teams, I am deeply committed to creating a positive and engaging environment for our young athletes. With two teenage kids, one of whom I have the privilege of coaching for CVA Flag; I cherish the opportunity to pass on my lifelong passion for sports to the next generation. Growing up as an avid sports player has equipped me with the skills and knowledge that I now share with my son and his friends on the field. My goal is to make a meaningful impact on our youth by cultivating strong bonds and relationships—not only among the players but also with fellow coaches and parents. This is my third year coaching flag football, along with one year of coaching tackle, and I am eagerly looking forward to another exciting season. It is my hope that through coaching, I can contribute to the personal growth and unity that defines our league.

My name is Marissa Montana-Guzman and I am the Treasurer of the Mohawk Valley Flag League. I also assist my husband as the co-president of the Frankfort Flag League. I have coached many different sports such as soccer, tball, softball, popwarner flag football, and now 2 years with MV flag football for Frankfort. Working with such amazing children and watching them develop not only their flag football skills but their sportsmanship and pride within themselves is priceless. I advocate for co-ed and special needs diversity within flag football and ensure all kids are afforded the opportunity to play. As Treasurer, it is my current and long term goal to ensure financial integrity and sustainability of this league for years to come. Being one of the few female coaches is also a great pride of mine. I am blessed to be a part of such a great organization and creating lasting memories for these kids!

My name is Kari Stinebrickner, and my family and I moved to the Frankfort Schuyler School District 14 years ago with a passion for working with the community and youth to shape a better future. Over the years, I have gained diverse experience ranging from customer service to the YMCA program, after-school aid, and working for the town office, to name a few. These roles have instilled in me a deep appreciation for fostering a positive, supportive environment where young individuals can flourish. When I saw Jesse, the President of the Mohawk Valley Flag Football League, seeking fresh and new ideas, I knew I had to reach out. I am honored to be a member of the amazing Mohawk Valley Flag Football community as the Community Relations Coordinator, where I can help create opportunities for children to learn, grow, and form lasting friendships through the sport. By engaging with kids and their families, I aim to strengthen our community bonds and contribute to building a brighter future for our youth.
