The Mohawk Valley NFL Flag Football Town President's

Kolby Crossett - Barto Hill (Poland, Middleville, & Dolgeville)

I’m very excited to bring a team to my hometown area. This community loves football and so do I. I’m excited to offer these kids another option for sports in the spring time. Coaching is a passion of mine, so getting another chance to get out there and work with the kids made this an easy decision for me. I’m looking forward to helping this league and game grow even bigger!

Corey Corbin - Camden

Amy Cool - Central Valley

Mohawk Valley NFL Flag Football League Board Member

Secretary and Social Media Manager

Angel & Marissa Guzman Frankfort

Mohawk Valley NFL Flag Football League Board Members

Angel Guzman League CO-President

&

Marissa Guzman League Treasurer

Patti Tutty - Herkimer

My name is Patti Tutty and I am President of Herkimer NFL Flag Football. I helped create this league and have Coached the last 10years. We started this league for fun and for kids who don’t play Spring Sports. All 4 of my kids play and they love it!

Brandon & Tiffany Rickard Little Falls

Our names are Brandon Rickard and Tiffany Rickard. We have 2 children who have been involved with youth sports for 10+ years. I've (Brandon) coached baseball and assisted with coaching football over the years. Coaching youth football is about more than just teaching plays and techniques—it’s about shaping young minds, building character, and fostering teamwork. The joy comes from watching players grow in confidence, develop skills, and learn life lessons on and off the field. It’s a chance to inspire, encourage, and make a lasting impact on the next generation while sharing a love for the game.

Brett Sutton - Mid York (Madison & Morrisville areas)

Andrew Kampf - Mt. Markham

Ryan Harris - Rome

I'm excited to get the kids back out on the field and enjoy this beautiful game of football. The enjoyment the kids get out of playing with friends and being able to maximize there skills not just as athletes but young men and women is what is most important to me as a coach. I'm looking forward to this season and being back with all my kids that I coach in tackle football with some new additions coming on board.

Tom Kilts - Waterville

I’ve been coaching for 9 years now. I do this for the kids. It’s great to win but it’s better to see these kids grow and achieve their potential.

My goal has always been to teach kids to overcome adversity. NEVER GIVE UP!! There will be times where your back is against the wall whether in sports or life. You must always see your way through it.

To me Football is all about fundamentals and technique. Learning the proper way to run the ball, make a block or tackle is crucial to the success of the individual and team.

I choose Mohawk Valley flag to continue to development the fundamentals and techniques for the kids varsity careers.

Keith Matt - Westmoreland

I have been coaching youth sports, including Pop Warner football, for years. Athletics is an integral part of a young person's life. There are many valuable lessons taught in team sports, and I am fortunate to help each player grow on and off the field. I look forward to contributing to the Mohawk Valley Flag Football program and am excited to grow the league throughout my community. Go Bulldogs!

Michael Teti - Whitesboro

8yrs exp. coaching Pop Warner.

6yrs coaching Flag

4th year with this program.

3x Flag Champion

Coaching has been the best way for me to do what I love: positively influence young people and build lasting relationships with my players, coaches, and community. It also fulfills my competitive nature; winning is inherently important to me, but I believe that the best perspective I can maintain is that winning is important because it increases the influence I have on my players, coaches, and community. The more games we win, the more people want to hear what I have to say about life and how to define success, which accomplishes my ultimate goal: to develop and prepare young men to love their family, and their community.
